외국인분들께서 한국의 출입국 업무를 볼 때 통합신청서, 거주지제공확인서 등 어디서 서식을 찾는지 어려워하시는 분들이 많습니다. 이에 오늘은 어느 경로를 통해 공식적인 서식을 쉽게 다운로드 받을 수 있는지 알아보겠습니다.

출입국을 방문할 때마다 또는 출입국 관련 업무를 볼 때마다 각종 서식을 준비하고 작성해서 가야합니다. 통합신청서는 출입국에 비치되어 있지만 거주지제공확인서나 위임장 등 다른 서식은 공식적인 형식으로 방문 전 미리 작성해서 준비해야합니다. 출입국의 서류 양식이 업데이트 되는 경우도 있어서(2022년에는 몇 가지가 업데이트 되었습니다) 가장 최근 버전으로 준비해야 합니다. 찾아서 다운로드 받는 것도 초보자에게는 번거롭습니다. 저도 과거에 잘 몰랐을 때는 어려웠던 적이 있기 때문에, 이러한 분들을 위해 최대한 쉽게 찾는 방법을 설명 해놓고자 합니다. 출입국의 많은 서식은 한 곳에 모아져 있기 때문에 어떠한 서식이던 같은 방법으로 같은 경로를 통해 찾을 수 있습니다.

All kinds of immigration work requires forms. These are forms are in official format from immigration. For some of us it is very difficult and confusing as to where to find them and which ones to download, so this post aims to cover the content via an easy explanation. As immigration documents are all in one location the method will be identical for finding any form.

 

방법 Method

1. 구글에 '통합신청서'를 검색하고 hikorea 주소로 떠있는 링크를 들어갑니다.

저는 아래 사진처럼 떠있는 검색결과를 클릭했습니다. '민원 서식'이라는 단어와 '하이코리아'라는 단어가 포함되어 있습니다.

On the search engine, search 'application form immigration in Korea'. You will be able to find any kind of document in the same website so you will not have to search with another word even if you are trying to download another form. Among the results, click on the link which has 'hikorea' in the address. Hikorea is the official immigration website of MOJ in Korea.  After entering, you will see a 'list' of a variety of documents. If by any chance the website you entered is in Korean, look at the top right section. Click on the 'ENGLISH' menu for language. If you are guided to another page, input Ctrl+F on the keyboard and look for the keyword 'application form'. Click on the button which is highlighted, and you will enter the same page where a list of diverse document forms are available.

 

2. 입장하시면 아래와 같은 장면이 뜹니다. 이 곳에서 필요하신 서식을 다운로드 받으시면 됩니다. 공식적인 사이트이기 때문에, 이 곳에서 다운로드 받으시는 것이 가장 최근버전일 가능성이 높습니다. 필요한 서류가 있는지 확인하시려면 CTRL + F키를 누르고 검색하고자 하는 서류의 키워드를 입력합니다. 예컨대, 거주지증명서를 원하면 '거주'라고 입력하시면 숙소제공확인서를 찾으실 수 있습니다.

If you enter the website, you will see a screen similar to the image below. Here you can find the form you need by inputing CTRL + F key on the keyboard and searching for the keyword of the document you need. For instance, if you are looking for the residential proof document, you can simply input 'accommodation' and you will be able to find 'confirmation of residence/accommodation'.

 

아래 서식은 많은 경우에 필요한 서식을 몇 가지 정리해보았습니다.

 

통합신청서 : 출입국에 어떠한 업무를 처리요청할 것인지에 대한 일종의 민원신청서라고 보시면 됩니다. 나의 인적정보와 함께 내가 거주지를 변경해서 온 것인지, 자격변경(비자변경)을 할 것인지, 외국인등록을 할 것인지 등의 업무를 명시합니다.

Application Form : A form for inputting which type of petition you will request through immigration. For instance, you can write 'alien registration card issuance'.

 

거주숙소제공사실확인서: 외국인 분께서 거주지관련 증명을 할 때 기본적으로 필요한 서류입니다. 숙소를 제공하는 사람(하숙집주인, 친구 등) 즉 거주하고 있는 집을 계약한 사람이 외국인에게 작성을 해주는 것입니다. 숙소가 어떤 종류인지에 따라 필요한 추가서류가 다른데, 이 부분에 대한 유용한 팁을 드리자면 '거주숙소제공사실확인서' 양식 가장 밑에 보면 숙소종류별로 어떠한 추가 서류를 외국인에게 제공해주어야 하는지(월별 이체확인서, 나의 신분증 앞뒷면 사본 등)가 안내되어 있습니다. 

Confirmation of Residence/Accommodation : This is a basic form needed for most of the residential proof cases. The person who provides the house you are in needs to fill out this form. The Korean who wrote the contract for leasing the house fills the form out. For example, if you are staying with a friend and that Korean friend signed the contract to lease it from the landlord, this friend should fill out this form. Other than this form, additional documents needed for accommodation are different per type of residence. A helpful tip is to read the bottom of the 'confirmation of residence/accommodation' form. It describes which kind of documents the Korean person has to additionally provide depending on each type.  

 

출국기한유예신청서: 외국인 분께서 비자가 얼마 남지 않았을 때 비행기 티켓 일정으로 인하여 또는 한국내 관광을 하고 싶어서 출국기한을 유예하고 싶은 경우 신청해 볼 수 있는 민원의 양식입니다. 출국하는 비행기 티켓에 대한 증빙자료가 함께 있어야 심사를 고려해보는 것으로 알고 있습니다. 또한 최대 1달정도의 범위 안에서 유예를 해주고 있습니다.

 

인쇄가능 장소 Printing Places Available

그럼 인쇄는 어디서 할 수 있을까요? 한국에서는 문구점이나 부동산에서 인쇄가능한 곳이 많이 있습니다. 또한 24시간 사용가능한 무인 인쇄샵이 요즘 많이 늘어나고 있습니다. 보통 USB를 갖고가면 컴퓨터를 사용하여 인쇄할 수 있는 형식입니다. 그리고 대학을 다니고 있다면 보통의 대학교는 캠퍼스 내에 몇 백원을 지불하면 인쇄할 수 있는 곳이 마련되어 있으니 유학생 사무실의 담당자에게 인쇄가능한 샵이 어디있는지 문의하시기 바랍니다. 24시간 사용가능한 무인 인쇄샵은 'PRINT CAFE 24'라는 곳이 있습니다.

 

구글이나 네이버 검색포털에 지역이름과 'print cafe 24' '프린트카페24', 지역이름 + 프린트가능한 곳이라고 검색을 해보시기 바랍니다. 예를 들면, '건대 print cafe 24', '한양대역 print cafe 24', '신촌 print cafe 24', '신촌 프린트 가능한 곳'이라고 검색해보시면 나옵니다. 옛날에는 문방구에서만 인쇄가 가능했는데, 요즘은 부동산에서도 몇 백원주고 인쇄가능 한 곳이 많아졌습니다. 만약 신촌에 계신 분이라면, 5번출구 바로 앞의 문방구에서도 컴퓨터에서 인쇄출력 가능한 곳이 있습니다. USB에 인쇄 필요한 서식을 담아가시거나 이메일에 파일을 전송해놓으시면 출력 가능합니다.

Some tips on finding printing locations are to search for 'print cafe 24' at google or naver's search engine. Type in the area you are in and type in print cafe 24. For example, 'Hanyang station print cafe 24'. In Korea there are many shops which run for 24 hours. You can visit it and print from a computer by paying a few hundred won (coins) - mostly 50 won or 100 won per page. Also, some stationary shops or real estate offices have similar printing services for the same price. If you are in Sinchon, there is a stationary shop in front of the 5th exit of the subway. Inside, there is a computer in which you can print from with a USB or by using an email. From what I remember it costs about 100-200 won per page.
